Overview
This study aims to evaluate the influence of dyad-centered culture on outcomes in California birth hospitals. The study involves a survey of obstetric and neonatal staff. We are seeking site champions to help reach and encourage staff at their primary birth hospital to participate.
This study is beneficial for participating sites, as our team will provide reports to sites detailing their baseline assessment of dyad-centered culture, which will serve as a benchmark for improvement efforts, and access to relevant webinars and/or site consultations to support culture improvement.
